WDTS: what is it all about?

WDTS the forum are an initiative of whisky-distilleries.info. The principle is very simple.
A group of experienced tasters to blind taste a set of 6 bottles shipped by producers (distilleries, bottlers, importers ...) and the notes are published on the site.
This enables whisky lovers to have access to objective scores (the tasting sare done blind) but also for producers to use these notes.
The principle is that everyone wins.
Producers because they receive in this way a quality feedback from the market, the tasters because they have the opportunity to taste quality whisky and especially the blind lovers of whisky looking for competent and impartial opinion.
However, it is clear that these goals can be met only if the number of tasted bottles is sufficient and if the rate is regular publications.
For this, the initiative must go beyond the relative confidential where it is today.
The purpose of this blog is to help give it the response it deserves.
