Ce single grain qui vaut 63 euros a fait bonne impression puisqu'il a fini en seconde position et obtenu une moyenne de 84,79 avec des notes s'étalant de 92 à 72. Cet écart de 20 points indique une fois de plus les goûts divers des différents participants aux WDTS.

Savoureur

Aspect: Jaune paille Nez: Intensité moyenne à forte (l’intensité s’accentue à l’aération), pain fraîchement grillé (surtout au début), fruits légèrement acidulés, bonbons gélifiés, violettes, confit de lait, floral (les deux derniers arômes surtout après une longue aération) Bouche: Intensité moyenne à forte, de nouveau ce mélange complexe et bien fondu des arômes du nez, rien qui dérange le plaisir du palais Finale: moyenne Avec eau: Pas de changement. Il est bon nageur même si le whisky n’a absolument pas besoin d’eau. Conclusion: Whisky bien complexe et fondu à condition de lui laisser le temps pour s’exprimer pleinement. J’aime bien.

Jolie Grenouille

Couleur : Jaune paille Nez : Alcool bien intégré. Légère brise de tabac froid mélangé à quelques agrumes. Bouche : Fidèle au nez avec un peu plus d'agrumes. Finale moyenne. Un whisky linéaire.
